I am a self taught and self representing artist, musician and poet.

Why:

I am powerfully compelled to do so.  I am not fully myself unless I am creating regularly-expressing my emotion.

Style:

ART-contemporary abstract painting/mixed media

MUSIC- singer/songwriter

harmony/improvisation

acoustic, jazz, blues, soul, rock, pop, folk, classical, global, etc....I like to sing everything that appeals to mine ear...seriously.

POETRY-spontaneous, free form, blank verse

on any subject I am feeling-life, love, wisdom, spirit, history, religions, sociology, science

How long:

I began painting in 1998 after a lifetime of believing I had no artistic talent aside from music and writing.  

I have been singing for as long as I can recall-it is just a part of me. 

I was composing spontaneous songs and poems as soon as I had words to do so.
